MY FAMILY NEEDS HELP! PLEASE!!

We've lived/rented our home for about 12 years and unexpectedly last week our landlord has decided to kick us out mid-school-year with winter & holidays on the way soon.

Fortunately we found our dream home with some land for my family's first time chance at buying our own home and owning it with no landlords etc. We need a 20% deposit to secure a "challet loan" for the new property & home (which is 260,000 total), and then some help with regular but out of the blue unexpected moving expenses like a moving truck and boxes and cleaning supplies to move out and move in suddenly etc etc.

My parents need help! My grandpa also just moved in with us 9 months ago after my great-grandpa died last year, so we take care of him full time now too. And my grandpa is a 71 year old wheel chair bound army veteran with multiple sclerosis, he doesn't deserve this either! I also am 1 of 4 children in this family that lives together with my mom, dad (A 2021 cancer survivor), and gpa. My brothers are 4, 10, and 18 years old, and we are all in the middle of our school years not wanting to have to change school districts and everything that might happen if we don't get this new property that keeps us close to where we are living currently.

We appreciate any help you can provide, whether it be a donation or a simple share of our cause. Anything & everything helps!!

*UPDATE* : Thanks to some amazing family donations/help/love gifted to us outside of the gofundme this afternoon (10/2/25), we are now able to lower the gofundme campaign amount from $60,000 to $35,000.

We are so thankful for everyone that has helped through the gofundme and outside of the gofundme so far. Nearly half way to our original goal in less than 72hrs! The people in our lives rule, and thanks again to everyone that has gotten us this far (especially you(s) out there, you know who you are)!!
