In the wake of the devastating floods in Indonesia, countless families have lost their homes, their livelihoods, and their sense of security. My own family from areas in and close to Solok have been directly affected, and seeing the destruction firsthand has made it clear that many people will receive little to no financial relief outside of what their own community can provide. For anyone who has travelled to Indonesia and experienced the hospitality of its people—who have welcomed visitors with open arms and helped make unforgettable holidays possible—now is a moment to give back.

I’m raising funds to support families who will urgently need food, clean water, dry clothing, and essential supplies. The cost of rice and food has already tripled.
