Help F3 Gift Fitness to Veritas Christian Academy

F3 Saint Charles would like to raise money for the purpose of purchasing Pull Up Bars for Veritas Christian Academy, the site for one of F3’s Areas of Operation. We would like to give the school a gift that is both useful for the purposes of the school as well as the F3 group that meets at the school. F3 is an international group of men who meet for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. Part of this “Third F” aspect plays out in community service and community betterment projects.

This GoFundMe campaign was started to allow men from all over Saint Charles county to give a small amount toward the goal as a way to say “thank you” and pour back into the community around us. The initial goal is set at $2000 to ensure a safe and quality product, and any extra giving will either go toward upgrading the equipment (or will be donated directly to the athletics department if the full cost is completely met). I will suggest to those who regularly meet at Veritas to give $20, those who meet in O’ Fallon to give $10, and those throughout the rest of the county who support the gift to give $5.

Once we have the donated money, I plan to work with the administration and athletics department at Veritas to choose the best equipment for the school and F3 group. Given the general location that would best fit F3’s needs, the equipment would most be utilized by the Middle School during their post lunch “Turf Time” as well as PE classes for Middle and High School.

Once the equipment is purchased, the F3 group would like to work with the school and have an active hand in the installation process. We will work with the school to ensure that the equipment is installed in the correct location, and we will help with the maintenance of the equipment as needed. Ultimately, we would like this to be the first of many collaborations between F3 and Veritas Christian Academy.
