Hello! I'm Erin, founder of Expressions Dance Academy, a local, non-profit, non-competitive dance collective rooted in Niles, Michigan. Since opening our doors in 2021, we've been committed to more than just dance — we’re building community, confidence, and connection through movement.

We're proud to offer accessible dance education for kids and adults, and we’ve never raised tuition in over four years — and don’t plan to. We believe everyone deserves access to the joy and healing that dance brings, regardless of income.

This year, we've taken an exciting leap ...we finally have our own dedicated space just for Expressions! A true home. But we need your help to finish it.

We're raising $4,000 to cover:

Professional dance flooring (for safety and comfort)

Wall mirrors (a critical tool for learning and self-awareness)

These upgrades will allow us to expand our classes, host guest artists from across the region, and offer low-cost or free performances and fundraisers to uplift the community that has supported us.
