Today Levi’s court date was postponed again, this time until June. This has been going on for 2 years now. All this little boy wishes for is to be back home with his momma & his two siblings. Although he has visitation it’s not the same. He is very unhappy in his current living situation & Megan’s Ex is making things difficult & has the funds to do so. We found out today that Megan’s attorney can file are request for change in current custody order that will give more custody & get it done  a lot sooner than waiting till June.  This filing cost $3500  & needs to be in by this Thursday  the 19th. We are able to cover half the cost for this. We understand this is a difficult time for everyone & appreciate any amount of help. I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t necessary. I see my grandson at least once a week & can see the toll this is taking on him, he just wants to go home. Thank you in advance!
