Help Expand The Lighthouse TM for All

Lissy and Lauren are setting out to expand their in-home studio, The Lighthouse TM, into a larger community space with a focus on connection, justice, and renewal. With their combined 14+ years of event hosting, education, and community building they hope to foster even more low cost, community focused offerings.

Finding a space has been hard and this may seem like short notice but the right opportunity has suddenly presented itself. A building which offers us the opportunity to continue hosting free and low cost space for community members and organizations. We also aim to create a 3rd space for our neighbors and fellow city folk who should have safe places to gather and support one another, with regular open hours.

This building offers space for us to create so many things.

Local markets

Regular co-working

Community closet

Shows/productions

Community dinners

Gallery space

Harm reduction resource offerings

Health and fitness events

Office space

And so much more!

We plan on putting our offer in tomorrow and have a chunk of our own funds set aside to get us started but we will need a small push to help us reach our startup goals.

If we can't make this building a possibility we have a second option in mind. This is the one we want to bring to yinz with open arms and a rainbow welcome mat.

All donators will be welcomed to a free sneak peak open house no matter how big or small the donation. We will reveal a hand painted commemorative thank you banner with all our contributors names.
