Help Evan Build a Tiny House (Conestoga Hut)

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! My name is Evan and for my 11th birthday I am raising money for the Tiny House Village on the Northside of Madison not too far from where we live. Homelessness is an important issue to me because everybody should have a home, especially in the winter.

Each hut costs about $2,500 and we're trying to raise half the cost. I hope to raise the money before the cold winter months. Every dollar helps. Thank you for helping!

Before they can build the more expensive tiny houses, the community of formerly homeless people build conestoga huts like the one in the picture. Evan and I got to meet a resident who lives in one of the huts. She exuded positivity and warmth, and immediately asked Evan, "what can I do to help you, what are your dreams?" She then gave him a new dreamcatcher, shown in the second photo. She was an incredible ambassador for the community. They have yoga classes and open mic nights and she's trying to get the word out about the good work and good vibes.
