Help Eugenia's Family Transition Smoothly

Hello Everyone -

This is Camilla. I'm sending out this funding request for Eugenia. You may have seen her Facebook post about "When it rains, it pours."

Well, here’s what’s going on.

Eugenia is planning to move back to the DC area. Right in the middle of her planned move, she learned that our mother, Carolina, passed away.

Eugenia is grieving the loss of our mother and is struggling to make ends meet.

As part of her move, Eugenia is planning to drive cross-country twice because she can’t afford the airfare for her whole family – Sarah, Elizabeth, and Caleb.

There have also been a lot of unexpected expenses with the move.

For one, Eugenia's apartment lease ended in April, and she wasn't able to extend the lease for May. So, she and her family are living in a hotel until they move.

When they arrive in Maryland, Eugenia has to restart with new furniture as she couldn't afford to move her furniture and other belongings.

She is also interviewing for a teaching position with Maryland public schools but will not have any employment when she arrives in the DC area.

The good news is that Eugenia's oldest daughter, Sarah, is graduating from High School this month and is planning to attend college in the fall.

Supporting Eugenia will help with moving expenses cross-country, allow her to set up her new home in Maryland, as well as Sarah’s graduation and college expenses.
