Help Estrella Aid Deported Families in Need

Hello, my name is Miguel Aguilar( Mr. Aguilar to my students) and I am an 8th grade English Teacher at Los Angeles Academy Middle School. This semester, my students have focused on trying to change the world by focusing on an important issue they believe deserves an immediate solution. I am sponsoring my student Estrella by helping them create this GoFundMe. I will let Estrella describe their goals:

I am Estrella, a child surrounded by immigrant family members from Mexico who came to the United States to get a better life, and are now scared of being deported. My goal is to raise $47,000 dollars to donate to people/families who have been deported back to Mexico without most of their belongings and have to start all over. Often times people get deported on a random day without having time to collect their belongings and necessities that will last them while they find work or get help in Mexico.
