Help Esther rebuild her life after abuse

Dear friends,

I am reaching out to you on behalf of my dear friend, Esther, who is in desperate need of our help. She has experienced unimaginable hardship and trauma, and right now, she is struggling to rebuild her life after fleeing an abusive marriage.

After enduring years of abuse, Esther had no choice but to leave her home, escaping with her young child to seek refuge in a shelter. While they are no longer in the shelter, they are now facing the incredibly difficult challenge of finding a safe place to call home. However, she is completely overwhelmed by the financial burden ahead of her.

Esther does not have the means to pay for basic daily necessities, let alone secure a new apartment. The father of her child has completely abandoned his responsibility towards the child, he does not provide any financial support, nor does he want to see his child.

To make matters worse, Esther has no family to lean on. She has no father and her mother, who is elderly and resides in a care home, is unable to help.

On top of the physical and financial stress, both Esther and her young daughter are suffering from severe emotional trauma. They both urgently need psychological care to heal from the abuse they’ve endured, but that too is something she cannot afford.
