I am raising funds to support my partner after a car accident totaled her vehicle. She was traveling home from her work as a public health educator when a deer bounded into her path. The collision totaled her 2013 Chevy Sonic, a vehicle that was gifted to her by her aunt and loved and maintained for nine years with continuous insurance coverage.

Unfortunately, her policy did not include comprehensive coverage, and thus her insurance will pay nothing. She had to purchase a new vehicle out-of-pocket, using $3,500 from her emergency fund for the down payment.

The funds we raise will go directly to Erin Williams to restore her emergency fund and cover additional expenses. She will be honored and humbled by our community's generosity.
