My name is Erika, and I need your help to keep my community afloat.
Over the past few months, our community has been shaken to its core by ICE activity in our area. Families are struggling. Parents are afraid to leave their homes. Children are missing school. And the everyday basics that most of us take for granted — rent, groceries, gas, even food for their pets — have become impossible to manage for so many of our neighbors. I am stepping up to help, but I can’t do it alone. Every dollar raised goes directly to real people in our community — covering rent so families aren’t evicted, groceries so no one goes hungry, utility bills so the lights stay on, gas so parents can get to work, and school supplies so kids can keep learning.
Nothing is wasted. Nothing goes to overhead. It all goes to the people who need it most. These are hardworking people who have built lives here, who show up for their neighbors, and who deserve to be shown up for in return.
Right now, that means financial support — and it means you. If you can give, please give. If you can’t give, please share. A single share could connect someone in crisis with the help they desperately need.
Together, we can help our neighbors get back on their feet
