Help EPIC (Ellon Parks Improvements Committee)

EPIC (Ellon Parks Improvement Committee).

The aim of our group is to improve the play parks in Ellon and make them as inclusive as possible, for children of all abilities.

Our first goal was to replace the two swing bays at Auchterellon park. After these were condemned at their annual independent inspection, the council had budgeted £15,000 to replace them. Unfortunately despite Aberdeenshire Council saying they would be replaced, following the pandemic they have had to reallocate funds meaning there is no longer a budget to spend on any of the parks.

After the swings were replaced, we then raised more than £18k to install an inclusive roundabout also within Auchterellon Park. Now we are continuing and looking at improving other play areas in Ellon.

We would be very grateful if you could donate, even just a small amount, to go towards the equipment. Every penny counts.
