My name is Kara. This is my youngest child, Lilly. Her dad and I have tried co-parenting together over the last few years, but it's gotten so bad. Last year a domestic dispute occcured in front of her..I had to drive to go pick her up from her grandmother while her father was arrested and charged. We kept her from them for 6 months. This year, it's happened again. But no one called the cops to report it. I can't trust him, and I don't know that she's safe in his care. I want to file to change our custody but the fees to cover the lawyer is too high for one income to cover. I'm desperate.
