THIS IS NOW A RUSH REQUEST - Explanation within the text below. Thank you for taking time to consider supporting our efforts and our OPEN MIC NIGHT sound system and various equipment - which serves the community.

We have been running a monthly Open Mic night at the not for profit Foothills North Star Gallery in Malone, NY. It began in April of 2024. It has been very enjoyable for those who have attended as audience or performers.

We are attempting to raise funds QUICKLY ,to upgrade the sound equipment to be able to accommodate multiple performers vocals and instruments while offering the best possible sound quality for the enjoyment of the performers and the audience. I especially was hoping for digital mixer with built in Bluetooth, WiFi and more inputs for mics and instruments but quality sound.
Deadline July 31st - purchases must be made by Aug 5th to meet the grant requirement.
This monthly event began in April of 2024 and has been very enjoyable for those who have attended. I , Jill Jessen, have been the host and brought Open Mic Night to Foothills North Star Gallery on Pearl Street in Malone NY.

We applied for grants, were awarded one from ALWAYS FRANKLIN - Franklin County NY.
There's a condition, we were told we needed to raise a portion of those funds and they would match it. They would contribute up to $5,000 if we could raise $5,000 ourselves.
A donation of any amount would be greatly appreciated and 100 percent of it will be invested towards this high quality sound equipment, reduction of any latencies or glitches and increasing ease of operation.

We have some very talented local artists who have performed original music and covers. We have had original poetry recited and are open to a variety of acts, in addition to musical performances, such as stand up comedy, short story readings, magic acts or other creative expressions.

We meet once a month, on the 1st Friday , and have thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the music and poetry, the artists have also appreciated the enthusiasm and respect from the audience as they are performing live.

All levels of skill are welcome. It's a great place to share your gift in front of a live audience. Even if it's your first time. We have been the first place that several performers have played in front of others and they were well received and were glad they decided to put themselves out there in spite of their nerves, as they'd never had the experience before. Maybe you could be another artist who decides to share your first time at our venue!
I stream the monthly event live on Facebook as well, which people have enjoyed and look forward to.

I am looking for a better , digital , hybrid mixer with Bluetooth and WiFi, more inputs for microphones and instruments.

We were donated some nice powered speakers, and a piano, and various equipment. We received equipment donations from the local Chateaugay Town Hall Theater, in Chateaugay NY plus $1000 donation from Seacomm bank in Malone NY
We got over $800 from the public between GoFundMe, Venmo and cash donations plus the $1,000 from Seacomm.

We are still trying to raise enough for the following :
Allen & Heath QU-5 $2000
Allen & Heath AR2412 $1900
Shure sm57 $400 (4x)
Shure sm58 $400 (4x)
SE Drum V-Pack $950
Drum mic stand pack $125
Ipad Pro $1,300
TP link archer ax-72 $100
Soundtools supercat $250
Studio man DI box - 3 @ $50 ea

I had hoped to replace and get several longer XLR cables as well . We already bought a wired HEADSET MIC SURE brand - # WH20 (xlr) @ $90 - for those with developmental disabilities that have attended and would enjoy the freedom of movement from that.

Our deadline approached quickly and we found that the items donated were not considered to have any monetary value towards our goal to reach our matching fund - towards the Grant from Franklin County - "ALWAYS FRANKLIN"
They , Franklin County, were enthusiastic about our venue and our goals so they offered a generous matching fund.
So with a short amount of time to reach our goal, we need more monetary donations to get the full potential funding from the grant.
*Here was our original goal - listed items to accommodate open mic night and an upcoming movie theater we plan on creating in our more than ample space:
Foothills sound equipment list and quote- before edited for lack of funds

"This is a breakdown for a professional live sound and concert production audio setup, specifically tailored to handle live musical performances (like a band with a full drum kit) and distribute high-power sound to a large audience.
Here is what each item does, broken down by category:
Audio Mixing & Digital InfrastructureAllen & Heath AR2412 24x12: A digital stage box (or "digital snake"). It sits on stage so performers can plug in 24 microphones/instruments, sending all that audio back to the mixing console through a single network cable instead of dozens of heavy analog cables.
ALLEN & HEATH QU-5: digital mixing console It acts as the central brain used by the sound engineer to balance, adjust, and mix the volume and tone of all performers.
SOUNDTOOLS SUPERCAT -SHIELDED CAT5E: a heavy-duty, tour-grade shielded Ethernet network cable. It is used specifically to link the AR2412 stage box to the main Qu mixing console over long distances without data loss or interference.
Speakers & Power Amplifiers JBL VRX928LA Passive Line-Array: Professional, high-end main audience speakers. Line-array speakers are designed to be linked together and hung (flown) above a stage to throw clear, even sound over a long distance into a crowd.
JBL VRX 918S: High-power, 18-inch passive subwoofers. These deliver the deep, low-frequency bass punch you feel in your chest during a concert.
Lab Gruppen PDX3000 (3000W Amplifier): A massive dual-channel power amplifier. Because the JBL speakers listed above are "passive" (meaning they don't have built-in power plugs), they require this amplifier to feed them electrical power and audio signals.
NL4 Cable 200': Heavy-duty, professional speaker cables equipped with twist-locking 4-pole speak ON connectors. These are 200 feet long to safely deliver the high-voltage power from the amplifiers back out to the speakers.
Microphones & Stage GearShure SM58: The most famous vocal microphone in history. It is highly durable and used primarily for lead and backing live singers.Shure SM57: The standard instrument microphone. It is highly optimized for capturing punchy sound from guitar amplifiers, snare drums, and brass instruments.
sE DRUM V-PACK: A specialized, multi-microphone suitcase kit tailored explicitly to clip onto and mic up an entire acoustic drum kit (kick drum, snare, toms, and overhead cymbals).Auray 5-Piece Drum Kit Mic Stand Pack: A collection of low-profile, heavy-duty microphone stands and rim clips meant specifically to tightly position the drum mics without getting in the drummer's way.

Remote Control & Networking - iPad Pro: Used by the sound engineer to wirelessly log into the Allen & Heath digital mixer via an app. This allows them to walk around the entire room or venue and adjust the sound mix from anywhere, rather than being stuck behind a stationary booth.

TP-Link Archer AX-72: A high-speed Wi-Fi 6 wireless router. It is deployed at the venue strictly to create a closed, secure, local Wi-Fi network so the iPad Pro can reliably communicate with the digital mixer without any lag .
Plus 3 Direct input boxes ( 1/4" to XLR converter needed for stage box) @ $50 ea "

If you can help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated.

I hope we can offer you the most pleasant experience as an audience member and performer.

Thank you for supporting live music , art and the community. We couldn't do this without YOU!
