My name is Ena, and I am fighting to keep my children safe and close to me. After my divorce, I worked hard to secure a 50/50 custody agreement, but my ex-husband is now using his financial advantage and the legal system to try to alienate my children from me. He has violated our court-ordered decree, refused to let me see or speak to my children over winter break, and is manipulating them in an attempt to take them away from me. He has also filed a TRO against my fiancé to disrupt my current family. Brian Beisner has since not worked with any schedule changes that allow me more time with my childern. Brian Beisner is under investigation for serious allegations from our marriage.

Throughout this ordeal, I have done everything I can to provide stability and love for my children, but the ongoing legal battles and harassment have taken a toll on us all. My ex-husband is now pursuing full custody, and I need to hire an attorney to fight for my rights and my children’s well-being.

Since the new year, I have been heartbroken watching my family be torn apart. My ex-husband Brian Beisner has refused to establish a visitation schedule that follows our court orders, blocked my children from calling me, and reduced my time with them to just one 6 hour visit , all while using his attorney and financial resources to create legal barrier after barrier until our court hearing on April 30th, 2026.

The situation became even more complicated when a faulty TRO was issued against my fiancé Yahshua, a Black man who already faces racial prejudice. Because we share a lease together, the TRO prevents my children from coming to our home overnight. We were given the wrong court date and were unable to present our evidence , the hearing proceeded without us. We are now working to dissolve the TROs and restore what should never have been taken: my right to be a mother to my children.

Every dollar raised goes toward legal fees to fight back, help cover legal fees, counseling and therapy for my kids, and any travel or housing expenses we need to correct this injustice, and bring my family back together. Thank you for standing with us.
