What if 200 girls in Ghana could get sisterhood support?

We are thrilled to announce the return of the She Rises Empowerment Conference 2025, and we need your support to make it happen.

From August 15th to 17th, 2025, 200 girls aged 10–19 from underserved communities in Accra will gather at the Serallios Event Centre in Osu for three unforgettable days of learning, connection, and growth.

This year’s theme — “Mind, Body & Soul” — captures our mission to empower the whole girl.

Through thoughtfully designed workshops, mentoring circles, and peer learning sessions, these girls will explore vital topics like:

For many of these girls, She Rises will be their first experience in a space fully dedicated to them — their voices, their potential, and their dreams.

At DUNK Grassroots, we’ve seen first-hand how the right support at the right time can change a girl’s life. We believe that every girl deserves the chance to rise with dignity, direction, and a sense of belonging.

But we can’t do it alone.

We are seeking to raise CAD6000 to cover transportation, meals, venue costs, materials, and speaker facilitation for the 3-day conference. Your contribution, no matter the size, will help us provide a transformative experience for every single girl who attends.
