My niece, Emma Jean, is 7 months old and was recently diagnosed with a retinoblastoma. She will need surgery to remove the mass and will potentially lose her eye. If they are able to keep her eye, she will be blind. She may also need chemotherapy depending on the severity. They had to travel from our hometown to Los Angeles to seek care from a specialist.

My brother-in-law, Fred, is the sole provider for their little family and will be out of work for the foreseeable future to be with his wife, Kylie, and daughter while Emma Jean gets treatment. Emma Jean is a fighter and is the happiest baby in the world, and we are devastated by this news.

We are asking for donations to help with their medical bills and living expenses while they are in Los Angeles with Miss Emma Jean. All the money raised will go directly to them. If there is money left over it will be donated to the hospital to help other families in need.
