Hi everyone. Emma Sherfy is only 13 years old. She went to the DR’s office with her father for hurting her shoulder, and she left finding out she has bone cancer. It is still too early to know what the stage is, or what her treatment will be. Her father and step mother take care of Emma, they live in Hinesville GA. Her doctor is in Atlanta (4 hours away), and her chemo appointments will be in Savannah (1 1/2 hours away). We are trying to raise money to help with the travel expenses of getting her back and forth to her appointments. On top of Emma’s new health problems, her father and step mother have an almost 2year old and are pregnant with another child. They are going to be struggling with all the new obstacles in their way.
