Hi, my name is Emily and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. My dad is currently facing deportation and is being held in an immigration detention facility. We are doing everything we can to fight this, but the legal process is expensive and overwhelming.

My dad has worked hard his whole life, supported his kids, and built a life here that he doesn’t deserve to lose. The thought of him being forced to leave everything behind is devastating. He has been a legal permanent resident of the United States for decades. He came to this country nearly 40 years ago and has lived, worked, and built a life here ever since. He is married to a U.S. citizen, owns a home, and has raised his family with love, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing.

For over 15 years, my father worked as a blue-collar laborer-always earning an honest living, paying his taxes, and providing for our family. He never asked for handouts. He is a good, kind, and hard-working man who spent his life helping others, raising his children, and being a part of this country in every meaningful way.

We are raising money to cover two urgent needs:

Legal Fees: We’ve secured an immigration attorney - huge thanks to his employer, who is working hard on his case, but the legal fees are ongoing and high. Every payment keeps his case moving forward.

Detention Facility Bookings: We want to make sure he has the resources to stay in contact with us and take care of basic needs while he’s detained.
