Hello, my name is Emily and my children are Cheyenne (10), Carl (7), Emelia (5), and Susana (3). I am going through a hard patch and could use some help from good, kind people like you.

I work M-F 8 to 5 every week, and the kids' father works most days I'm at work; therefore, I need a sitter. Unfortunately, I am waiting on raises and promotions and have run through what savings I had. I will lose my sitter and job if I can't pay her.

I am generally able to pay the bills, but unfortunately, my home is fighting back. The roof caved in a few weeks ago, and while the cleanup was a task, now, unfortunately, the bills will only go up with warm weather coming my way. I also make sure all bills and care for my elderly mother are taken care of as she is in a care facility and not doing well.
