Help Emerson FIMRC provide care for Costa Rican families
Tax deductible
We are Emerson High School's FIMRC chapter, and here we are using our student body and connections to help raise money for the FIMRC, aka The Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children. Currently we are working to get donations for Project Alajuelita, a FIMRC project dedicated to bringing better healthcare to families living in the areas surrounding Alajuelita, Costa Rica. Much of the residing population consists of medically uninsured children and women. Alajuelita is subject to natural disasters, political conflict, and lack of economic opportunity, which have caused little to no access to a national healthcare system. Due to this, the people of Alajuelita reach out to FIMRC in order to get this healthcare. In order to find more information please visit the official FIMRC website here.
