Help Elyse & Ivan grow their family!

My name is Mamie Futrell and my dear friends, Elyse & Ivan have been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years. They have been through 4 IVF medication cycles and 3 unsuccessful egg retrievals. Aside from the mental drain this has caused, you can imagine this has been very costly. The medications alone for this last attempt are $9,259.64 which has incurred great debt (not to count the interest accruing with it).

They decided to try IVF one last time outside of the US in Barbados to save money and hope for more success in a tranquil setting. Since this is being done abroad, US doctors are not willing to write prescriptions for this process which is what led to the significant cost of medications.

For those of you that know Elyse and Ivan, you know how full of life they are and how their unity has been such a blessing to them. You also know how private they are, so getting them to agree to allow me to reach out in this way has not been an easy realization to come to. Being a mom has always been Elyse's dream (more than anyone I have ever met) and it is heartbreaking to see them have to experience challenges. God willing, baby Jean-Pierre is only one procedure away!

We are hoping that friends and family can help get them across the finish line and partake in this soon-to-be miracle baby! Every dollar counts and will help fund the medications to make this dream come true.
