Help Eloisa & Kids Reunite & Rebuild

My name is Eloisa, and I am raising funds to rebuild a safe and stable life for myself and my four children—Alina (17), Michael (13), and twins Ben and Robin (8)—after leaving an 18-year unhealthy marriage, I see my children every day, but I do not have a place of my own where we can be together. My greatest hope is to be reunited with them in a safe home, or at least have a space where they can visit me. Right now, my living situation is temporary, and I am working to secure legal support and an apartment so we can finally be together as a family.

Our family faces unique medical challenges. We all have Li-Fraumeni syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that makes us highly susceptible to cancer. In the past year alone, I have battled two different cancers: a sarcoma and metastatic thyroid cancer. The surgeries required the removal of my thyroid and 32 lymph nodes, leaving my immune system severely compromised. The emotional toll of fighting two cancers in less than a year has been overwhelming, and I am still recovering with another surgery ahead. My children also undergo two to three MRIs each year because their risk of childhood cancer is so high.

The funds raised will go directly toward legal fees to protect my family and secure custody, as well as the deposit and initial rent for an apartment where we can finally feel safe and be together.
