Help Ellie go to Africa to serve!
Donation protected
Hello!
My name is Ellie and I am a high school student living in Texas. I have the opportunity to travel to Tanzania, Africa to serve at Neema Village. In March I went on a mission trip with my school over spring break and returning home, I felt God calling me back to help the mothers and babies and to make a positive impact in this remote part of the world. This opportunity will be for two weeks, and I will be traveling with one of the sponsors from our trip this spring. Instead of summer camp, I have chosen to serve and make a difference. I feel so blessed to have this opportunity!
As part of my responsibility, I need to raise funds to cover travel costs and to help with donations for the rescue center. With your sponsorship, I will be able to travel to the remote Maasai villages to bring food and necessities, work with MAP moms who are starting new businesses to be able to provide a few dollars a month to feed their families, surprise new moms with gifts in the Outreach Area, visit schools and encourage students, and use my hands to assist the abandoned/orphaned babies with feeding, changing, outside time, and learning at Neema Village.
The minute I got home I began to look for jobs I could do to earn money for my next mission. I am also working and using that money to buy pajamas, shoes, diapers, and toiletries for the children. I will take everything when I go back over.
To help you better understand the work I do at Neema Village, and to see the faces of those I would be helping, I created this video from my trip in March. It changed my life and while I was there to help the Tanzania people, I got back so much more and will continue to dedicate my life to serving others.
I am working hard to earn money and while my parents will help, I also need to raise money and awareness of the great need and work happening in this part of the world.
Any donation, no matter the amount, will help me get to my goal, and I will be forever grateful to you.

PS: I want to be sure you know that because this is supporting my travel and items I am taking for the village, this is not a tax-deductible donation. Of course, you can donate to Neema Village directly to support their great work and that is tax deductible.
