Thank you for taking the time to read this request for help on behalf of my mother.

For those of you who know my mom and our family, you know we are very hardworking and supportive of each other. She has always been one who will give her last. But despite the efforts of myself and my family to help her financially, she is having a hard time recovering after major losses that have affected her emotionally as well as financially.

In the last two years, she’s lost both parents. She was my grandmother’s caregiver until her passing, which required her to step away from full time employment. After her loss on March 31, 2023, life felt overwhelming, and while she has worked hard to move forward, the grief and financial impact were extremely heavy for her. On September 27, 2024, we also lost my grandfather, adding to her heartbreak and financial setback.

She's been trying to recover by taking contract work while searching for stable employment, but life has thrown many more challenges her way. Recently, she suffered from food poisoning that resulted in a few days in the hospital and medical bills of over $11,000. On top of this, her beloved (senior dog), Snoopy is requiring more care due to his age.

Between grief, medical debt, housing costs, and supporting her dog Snoopy, things have spiraled out of control. Despite her best efforts, she is at a breaking point and needs a bit of help to get back on her feet.
