On behalf of Elizabeth , I'm starting this to fundraise for her. A little backstory: I just finished attending Sunday mass and went to Kelly's Kitchen in Stafford. While waiting for my order, she said she needs a kidney transplant. I told her, 'Me too.'

I started talking to her while she was taking orders to go to the front person. I shared my story. She expressed fear of the unknown, and I tried to ease her with some experience from what I've been through the last 6 years of dialysis. She cried, and I told her God is with her always. I told her I have a very large family and friends support group. She told me she had none and she's by herself. I told her, 'You are part of God's family; you are not alone.'

I left her my number so she can meet me if she needs anything. I thought about you guys helping me when I needed help. You don't know what it meant to me when so many reached out. I felt your love and God's spirit. So now I ask you to help another get through this dark time. Any amount is appreciated.
