Help Eliz Giardino Fight Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Hello friends and family -
On November 7, 2024, at just 42 years old, my sister, Eliz Giardino, was diagnosed with Triple Negative Invasive Ductal Carcinoma - breast cancer. This is a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer with limited treatment options that affects only about 10-15% of all breast cancer patients.
Eliz has been my life line and partner since the day I was born. Despite a five-year age gap, Eliz and I have always been inseparable, sharing a bond as sisters that’s truly beyond compare. Eliz is the most determined and compassionate person I know, always caring deeply for everyone she meets and offering a helping hand whenever it’s needed. Now, it’s our turn to support her and her family as she faces this challenging journey.
Eliz will undergo chemotherapy, multiple surgeries, and pursue an innovative clinical trial that was recommended to her by University of Colorado and Mayo Clinic oncologists to fight this disease. While her medical coverage helps with many of the costs, there are significant additional expenses associated with treatments, supportive care, and navigating the physical and emotional toll of her journey. These funds will help provide crucial support for uncovered costs, ensuring Eliz can focus on her health without the stress of mounting bills.
Your generosity means the world to us, and every donation—no matter the size—brings us closer to easing her path to recovery. Thank you for helping us stand by her side in this fight.
