Dear Friends and Family,

I’m reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your prayers and support for my son, Eli. He’s in the midst of a heartbreaking and challenging custody battle to be reunited with his son and daughter, who were taken out of state by their mother in August once again. Eli hasn’t been able to see them since.

Despite taking every step to fight for his children and trying to handle it alone by taking out loans, maxing out credit cards and making personal sacrifices like downgrading his car and moving in with family to pay for his attorney, the legal costs have become overwhelming. His attorney fees have drained his resources just as the case is gaining momentum.

We urgently need help to ensure Eli can meet with his lawyer before a crucial court date this week, as well as continuing to pay his lawyer for all the upcoming court hearings. Your contributions will allow him to keep fighting to get legal protection to be reunited with his children and secure joint custody, providing the stable and loving presence they deserve.

Eli is a devoted father who loves his children deeply. I’ve seen his heartbreak, and as a grandmother, my heart aches for the time lost with my grandchildren, which I know it can't compare what Eli is feeling. This is a fight for their future, and we cannot do it alone.

1. That the judge will grant us jurisdiction to continue this process in Colorado.

2. Wisdom for Eli, the judges, his attorneys.

3. Continued financial blessings to fund this fight.

4. Strength and renewed hope for Eli. He has taken a beating and it is beginning to wear him down.

5. Prayer for Levi and Violet during this time and for their safety and wellbeing.
