Aama ko Ghar, a shelter for elderly women and orphan kids, was established by Mrs. Dil Shova Shrestha in 1998 at her own home at Soaltee Mode, Rabi Bhawan. Her objective is to offer them shelter and protection. On doing so she, with the help of many faithful supports, was able to provide food and shelter to many of these unfortunate women and children that did not have any family or neglected by their own kin. With this already rising issues, COVID-19 epidemic has flung its vicious sting to the very well being of these helpless women and children. There are currently 65 elderly women and some children in the verge of going to bed hungry soon if the support do not reach them. The local support has almost dried up due to the effect of rising COVID-19 infection. People are afraid to reach out to them and the food store are raised their price due to the lack of supplies. These circumstances  have worsen  the already bad situation.
