It pains me so deeply to say but, Elaine has been diagnosed with cancer, treatment starts soon, and I think we as a family feel so lost and confused. Elaine has done nothing but give her entire life, to help everyone around her, and has never asked for anything in return. The best mother I could ever ask for, making me the person im proud to be today. Working overtime for our ridiculous ideas for birthday presents, parties or holidays, and always believing in us no matter what. My biggest rolemodel and someone who I can only hope to be as strong and positive as. She has worked in afterschools in Ballinteer for many years and has helped and made a lasting impression on so many in our community. I have started this to try and get together funds to cover treatment and to give her a well deserved break, bring her somewhere she wants to go and enjoy the time we have with her, something I completely believe this community can do for her. It helps so much to just share this around with those you know. Thank you so much for reading, sharing and donating
