Help Elaine Noll rebuild from Palisade’s fire.
Donation protected
Hello everyone, I am making a GoFundMe page for my mother, Elaine Noll. My mom has just lost everything in the Palisades fire. The Palisades has been her home since moving her family there in 1973. We all started in the Palisades Highlands and survived the 1978 fire. In 1991, she moved into the Palisades Village to start the next chapter in her life. Mom absolutely loved living in the Village, spending many days going on walks and doing most of her errands on foot. This tragedy is absolutely devastating for thousands of people, losing so much if not everything.
My mother is a retired LAUSD Resource Specialist of 40 plus years, teaching at Webster Elementary and finishing her last 8 years at Palisades Elementary. Now, at the age of 84, she needs to start completely over.
Living in the Palisades Village has been her life, love, and home for the last 33 years. My mother suffers from Lewy Body Dementia & Alzheimer’s. On Tuesday, January 7th, she had to leave home quickly. Leaving with the clothes on her back and her dog, she left everything behind. The thought of not returning the next day never crossed her mind.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated. We are looking to cover her clothing, some personal items, care help, and medications. We are hoping to build back Elaine’s life. There is so much to do; this is just the start of a new journey.
On behalf of my mother, we are very grateful to you.
Thank you very much!
