Help Ehab’ family to leave Gaza and rebuild their lives

Dear friends,

My name is Ehab Mohammed . I am a 59-year-old civil engineer from Gaza, State of Palestine. I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for help for my family.

In March 2024, after enduring the horrors of the ongoing war in Gaza, I were forced to flee to Cairo, Egypt with my paralyzed mother for urgent treatment health .

The rest of my family members ( my wife, son, single daughter, my married daughter and her family , my sister and her family are still stayed in Gaza under the burden of war

and they couldn’t leave Gaza Because of the lack of money to get them out and closure of Rafah border crossing.

I am only responsible and the sole breadwinner for my family ) and for my disabled mother, who still suffers from complete hemiplegia and many chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure, Now She needs an urgent surgery on the diabetic foot.

The situation in Gaza is very difficult and bad .

Every day the situation in Gaza gets worse

My family lives in very difficult, harsh conditions and they suffer from a bad psychological state due to the lack of safety , the lack of food and clean water, lack of the necessities of life to live on, and the lack of sufficient money to buy any supplies because all things are very expensive .

their daily life becomes a constant struggle for survival.

So , it has become necessary for my family to leave Gaza as soon as possible once the Rafah border crossing is opened and move to live in Egypt.

I am very hopeful that it will be opened soon, as we need to quickly raise the necessary funds and activate it.

The cost of leaving Gaza for all my family members is : €70000

(€5000* 14members )

(my wife, son, single daughter, married daughter and her husband, and my 3 grandchild , my sister and her family )

In addition to the living costs, they need funds about:

€10000which will be allocated to meet my family’s immediate needs in Gaza to Secure temporary housing and provide basic necessities such as food, water, and medical supplies until they leave Gaza.

5000 : for urgent surgery and medical treatment to my mother.

I understand that times are tough for many, but any amount you can contribute will make a significant difference in our lives. Your support will restore a sense of hope and stability for my family.
