Ukrainian Humanitarian Support

Hi, my name is Edward Matthews. Recently I made a trip to Poland to see how I could help with the humanitarian crisis in the border regions of Poland and Ukraine. While I was in Poland, I found myself volunteering at Przemysl train station, handing out kind donations of aid from all over the world to Ukrainian refugees coming across the border. I managed to fill the 4 am shift over as many days as possible. I ended up working three full shifts and two more partial shifts during my trip. It was heartwarming to unpack and help distribute this aid to so many people who were literally carrying their entire lives in their two hands. Sadly I could only afford to self-fund a week-long trip so I had to return to the UK. Since returning home, I have had several further volunteer offers in Medyka, which is the foot and vehicle border closest to Lviv. With your help I could return to Medyka and Prezmysl to continue my voluntary work for as long as I can be there. All donations will go towards purchasing medical supplies to deliver to medical specialist NGOs and other supplies to help keep Ukrainian refugees safe and healthy.
