My name is Edward, and for the past six months, I have been homeless, living at the Pope Francis Center. Despite these challenges, I have worked hard to turn my life around. I now have a steady job, have paid off my driver's license, and even managed to get a vehicle. Recently, I found an apartment that could finally give me the stability I've been working toward.

I've managed to save most of the move-in cost on my own, but I'm still short a small amount. My move-in day is January 30th, and while I am employed, my next paycheck doesn't come until February 6th. This small gap is all that's standing between me and a fresh start.

Having my own place means so much to me. It would allow me to come home after work, take a shower, cook my own meals, and truly be a productive member of society.
