Hi, my name is Frederick and I am raising funds to support my father Eddie. Today, his car, phone, wallet, keys, essential business equipment, and numerous personal artifacts were stolen. My father is a hardworking man who immigrated to Australia in 2001 and has since started his own business to support our family. One of our businesses is our cleaning company that serves a variety of commercial offices in our community. The vehicle stolen today contained all his equipment crucial to the functioning of his business, including vacuums, mops, commercial-grade cleaning agents, and maintenance machinery such as leaf blowers. Without this vehicle and his personal belongings such as his phone and keys, his work will now be severely hindered. While we try to organise transportation, replacements for cards, keys, and more, it means that his livelihood will be put on pause.

The funds raised will go towards fronting the immediate cost of replacing the essential equipment needed to successfully function his business, including new cleaning tools, communications device, key and lock changes, and the fraudulent purchases made by the perpetrators.

Currently, we have filed an official police report and cancelled all credit cards, so for now, it’s a waiting game. During this time, we are incredibly anxious and stressed as to how we will deal with this situation and the chance that the perpetrators may return to our home. This unexpected robbery also places a hold on my father’s small at-home bakery business, which usually supplies cakes and pastries on a small scale to our community.
