Echo hasn’t had an easy life. We don’t know what he endured before coming to us, but his journey with us began in heartbreaking circumstances. One night, Echo was abandoned in a box and left outside our shelter. When we arrived, he was simply there- alone, frightened, and in desperate condition.

He was extremely underweight, dirty, missing all of his teeth, almost completely blind, and very weak. A veterinary examination revealed that Echo was diabetic and in critical need of medical care. He required several weeks of hospitalization, along with ongoing treatment to manage his condition.

Because of his fragile state and fear of handling, Echo needed to be sedated so veterinarians could safely place a glucose monitoring device. His medical needs, extended care, and specialized treatment have made his recovery costly, but all of it has been essential to give him a chance at comfort and stability. We are asking for your help to cover the life-saving care Echo needs.
