Hello, my name is Jolynn and this morning we lost an amazing person my friend, Cynthia Diaz- Torres. She was known as the “mayor of Rockaway” she knew everything and everyone. Cindy loved everyone and was loved by all. She leaves behind her husband June, her children Stephanie, Jason, Lianna, and Angelina, and Jason. Her mother Carmen Roman, her siblings Alex & Jessica. She has nieces and aunts who were like her sister. She left a hole nothing can replace but easing the financial burden can help.
