It is with the utmost sadness and deepest sympathy that I share the loss of our beloved Amanda Wade’s youngest son, Oliver Erickson. Oliver was called to our Lord and Savior following a motorcycle accident on his way to church in his hometown of Tupelo, Mississippi. This heartbreaking loss comes nearly four years after the passing of his brother, Sawyer Wade. Losing a child is an unimaginable sorrow, and to lose two is a grief that no one should ever have to endure.

Amanda is one of the strongest people I know. She has endured profound loss throughout her life, including the passing of both her parents and now two of her three children. Despite all this, she has never let life’s troughs get her down for too long, and instead, has steadily shined her light of love. May her heart remain big and pure, touching the lives of everyone around her.

Amanda is not one to ask for help, but I am reaching out to our community to assist her during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution to ease their transition and alleviate financial burdens would mean the world. Let us wrap our arms and our love around Amanda Wade and Marley Jo as a community during this tragic time.
