Dylan is a bright, energetic 5-year-old boy who loves the Philadelphia Eagles, monster trucks, and making everyone around him smile. But behind his big smile is an even bigger battle — Dylan is bravely fighting Hunter’s Disease (MPS II), a rare and serious genetic disorder that affects his body in many ways.

His loving parents are hardworking and devoted, doing everything they can to give Dylan the best care possible. They travel long distances several times a week for his treatments, all while caring for Dylan’s baby sister and keeping up with their jobs. The toll — both emotional and financial — has been heavy, but their strength and love never fade.
