I am starting this on behalf of my father, Dwayne Weeks Sr.

Most people already know the amount of pain he is in and has been in for years. His previous back surgery was unsuccessful, and he now needs to get a fusion or disc replacement in two vertebrae.

If you know my dad, he's probably helped you out in one way or another and never asks for anything in return. He really needs this surgery; unfortunately, disability is only going to cover a small portion of his bills.

If you have even $1 extra to help him out, anything is appreciated. He'd do anything to be out of pain and able to play with his grandson again.

If you cannot donate, even a share is appreciated.

He will likely be out of work for roughly 3 months after surgery.

These funds will be used to cover utilities, insurance ect. Basic needs during his recovery when he cannot work.

Update: Surgery scheduled for December 10th.

Regardless of bills, surgery has to happen or he risks loosing function of his left leg permently.
