<div>I am starting this on behalf of my father, <strong>Dwayne Weeks Sr.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Most people already know the amount of pain he is in and has been in for years. His previous back surgery was unsuccessful, and he now needs to get a fusion or disc replacement in two vertebrae.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you know my dad, he's probably helped you out in one way or another and never asks for anything in return. <strong>He really needs this surgery</strong>; unfortunately, disability is only going to cover a small portion of his bills.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you have even $1 extra to help him out, anything is appreciated. <strong>He'd do anything to be out of pain and able to play with his grandson again.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you cannot donate, even a share is appreciated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He will likely be out of work for roughly 3 months after surgery.
</div>
<div>These funds will be used to cover utilities, insurance ect. Basic needs during his recovery when he cannot work.
</div>
<div>Thank you in advance.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Update: Surgery scheduled for December 10th. </strong>
</div>
<div>Regardless of bills, surgery has to happen or he risks loosing function of his left leg permently.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Love,
</div>
<div>His daughter, Heather.
