Hello everyone, my name is Dwayne Brown and I am 31 years old and officially diagnosed with Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. A life-altering condition and diagnosis that was misdiagnosed in 2003 and finally diagnosed properly in 2016 after I was involved in a car accident. The accident struck my side of the vehicle (passenger side) while I was being dropped off to college for my final exam.

I’ve been trying my hardest to overcome my daily challenges and struggles but I’m at the point of seeking assistance from whoever would be able to help.
