Never thought I'd be making a post like this. My father, Dwayne, was diagnosed with dementia back in 2023 after not fully recovering from COVID. I did not realize how quickly my father's ability to use the restroom and shower himself, and his overall health, would significantly decrease to a point that I have no choice but to start looking into a nursing home.

I'm making this GoFundMe in hopes that I'd find financial help in an estate lawyer as well as a nursing home. If you know a little bit about me, my father adopted me at birth. It was just me, him, and my mom. My mother passed from cancer on my 10th birthday, and it's been just me and him since. He is my everything, my best friend, and I haven't been able to figure this out by myself.
