A Mother’s Cry from Gaza — Help Me Save My Baby Mohammed

Hello, my name is Dunia Al-Khatib, and I’m a 26-year-old mother from Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.

I’m raising money to help care for my 7-month-old baby, Mohammed Al-Khatib, who is in urgent need of baby formula, food, diapers, clean water, and basic medicine.

I am a displaced mother from Gaza. Before the war, my husband Ahed Al-Khatib owned a small shop, and we lived a modest but stable life. Since our home was destroyed in an airstrike on Rafah, we have been homeless and without any source of income or aid. We are now staying with relatives in extremely overcrowded and unsanitary conditions.

We are currently located in southern Gaza, living in a makeshift shelter with extended family.

Baby formula for Mohammed

Diapers and baby wipes

Basic medicines such as fever reducers, hydration salts, and antiseptics

Clean bottled water and nutritious food for the baby and myself (as I’m breastfeeding less due to malnutrition)

Transportation costs to reach any available aid centers or clinics

If there is any surplus, it will go toward helping other displaced families nearby with similar urgent needs, and we will document that process transparently.

We are working with a trusted contact outside Gaza who can receive the funds and coordinate secure and lawful delivery of supplies through humanitarian channels or approved organizations operating in the area. If required, we are open to assigning a verified nonprofit as the official beneficiary to ensure proper disbursement.
