Help Donna's Family After Storm Damage

Hello, my family and I are long-time friends of Donna and her family. Her husband is a disabled vet, and she is also disabled. Our area, Manchester, Maryland, was hit with 70 plus mph winds on Saturday, 4/19. It started out as straight-line wind, but rumors have it as an actual tornado.

Please help Donna and her family, they are on a very small fixed income and the insurance deductable is very high for them, any assistance would be extremely helpful.

There was also a shed that held family belongings, that has the roof destroyed and is partially crushed
