My name is Danielle, and I never thought I would be writing something like this. I’m not usually one to ask for help. Since June 1st I have been out of work being a full time caregiver for my mom who had to have hip surgery.

It has been an uphill battle from the start. From miscommunication with the medical team to trying to get her home safely.

Now that she is home the medical bills are piling up and other expenses await us.

Trying to get her back and forth to her appointments leaves little to no time to hold a job.

I care for her and I don’t have the option for someone else to come in and do it. I would be worried having someone else care for her to begin with since we have had such a rocky start with medical teams.
