Hi, my name is Lisa Criswell, I'm raising funds to help Dolores Sharp, Mrs Dee, Bay Elementary Lunch Room Monitor save her condo from a wicked person trying to steal it. I have known Mrs Dee for over 40 years. Mrs Dee worked at Bay Elementary as a lunch room monitor for many years. She's 89 yrs old and was widowed in 2016. Her and her late husband purchased a Condo in Webster in 1986. The purchase was made for her and her daughter to live in once her husband passed away.

In 2017 her late son gained power of attorney from her and dang near cleared all of her investments and Bank accounts out, prior to him committing suicide in August of 2018.   Mrs Dee came to me in early August 2018 to ask me to help protect her from her son. I agreed and became her new power of attorney. Once we discovered what was happening we hired legal counsel to further protect her and her rights to her condo. Mrs Dee as the rightful owner. All was good and we thought that was it, besides all her missing money and investments.

Come 2019... her late son, that stole her blind had a daughter come out of the woodwork claiming she owned the condo. She showed up with the police and tried to have Mrs Dee forcibly removed. Needless to say, it didn't work as we had the recorded deed showing Dolores Sharp as the rightful owner. This individual was unknown to the family, born in 1986. She filed for paternity, used the blood sample the Harris County M.E. had to see if she was his "daughter". She was related. We thought nothing of it.

2019 comes and all heck breaks loose.... Mrs Dee was served with a lawsuit regarding the condo and ownership. Just like her late father, Mrs Dees son, this individual is trying to steal this condo from her, just like her father did with Mrs Dees money and investments. We hired legal counsel to fight it and have been faithfully.

Currently 2021...Mrs Dee is running out of funds to protect her legal rights to HER condo. This case is in the Harris County Courts and we need help. If you have the ability to donate, please do.
