Help DIY Venue fund Permit Costs (There Space Studios)

THERE SPACE STUDIOS is a DIY music venue located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. After a successful year of shows, community events, and more, it has become impossible for us to host events until we acquire proper permits from the city for the building we rent. Funds raised will be put towards the costs of permits, fire safety installs, and rent for the time we are closed.

we have spent the past week in and out of city hall, gathering our resources, and putting a plan together

these are the expected costs (as far as we know)

$8000 permit fees/inspections (use permit and certificate of occupancy)

$5000 architect/contractor costs (site plan, labor, inspections)

$5000 fire safety installs (sprinklers, breakout doors, etc.)

$4500 rent for 3 mo.
