Help Disabled Detroiter Access Water

Sherry was in a terrible car accident & is now disabled & lives on a meager income. For 3 YEARS she has collected rain water to use, since she has no running water. The Detroit Water Co says it's on her to fix the busted water pipe. She cannot afford it. Let's help her!
